Warren, founder and visionary behind B.O.L.D., understands firsthand what it means to face life’s toughest challenges. As a single mother, a USAF veteran, and a woman who navigated the complexities of life with unwavering faith, Dr. Warren turned her adversities into stepping stones for personal growth and empowerment.
BOLD was born from a simple belief: every person has the ability to overcome challenges, embrace growth, and create a life filled with purpose and possibility.
Founded by Dr. Ella F. Warren, BOLD represents more than a business—it represents a commitment to helping individuals and organizations navigate change, unlock their potential, and achieve meaningful transformation. Throughout her life and career, Dr. Warren has witnessed the power of resilience, personal growth, and human connection. With more than two decades of leadership, advocacy, training, and public service experience, Dr. Warren has dedicated her career to supporting people through some of life’s most important transitions. As a veteran, educator, advocate, coach, consultant, speaker, and author, she understands that growth is not always easy—but it is always possible.
